Shipping, Delivery, & Return Policy | Meadows Haus

Meadows Haus offers Worldwide International Shipping from the United States. 

Once we receive your order, please allow up to 2 business days for us to process the order. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 - 17:00, with the exception of holidays.

All domestic orders ship free of charge and will be processed via USPS Ground Advantage with 2-5 day shipping.

All international orders will be processed for a fee of $15 via USPS First Class International with 7-21 day shipping. 

Express shipping options are available for both domestic and international orders at an additional fee. More information can be found on the checkout page. 

Meadows Haus is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for stolen or damaged packages.

Pre-order items will ship within 4-5 weeks of placing your order due to their made to order nature. More details will always be stated on the product page. We will inform you of production process every step of the way. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations and shipping delays do not qualify for refunds. 

Given the nature of our small brand, we can only accept returns for in-store credit. We will gladly accept exchanges if you receive a defective item and/or need a different size. In all cases, items must be unworn and/or unused. Please email info@meadows.haus to process a return/exchange. 

Please note that all international orders are subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees determined by the receiving country that the package is being shipped to. We are not responsible for any of these fees. Furthermore, we will not accept any merchandise back if you choose to not pay the fees issued by the country to which the package has been shipped to. 

As a new small business, we are continuously working on ways to provide reliable, efficient, and affordable shipping methods. Free shipping is available on all U.S. based orders. The future goal is to one day provide free shipping on all international orders as well.
